Refund/Exchange Policy:
For personalized hand stamped items and custom apparel, I do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations. But please contact me if you have any problems with your order.
Shipping Policy:
Production time is currently set at 3-5 business days BEFORE shipping. We do not ship internationally. There is a standard $6.95 shipping fee on all items. All items are shipped via USPS with delivery confirmation. Estimated delivery time after production is 7-10 business days. I CAN guarantee that your order will be processed and produced within my specified time frames, but once I hand it over to the USPS, I cannot make any guarantees about their service. I cannot give refunds for orders that are delayed due to the USPS since it is entirely out of my control. By ordering, YOU ASSUME THE RISK OF A TIMELY DELIVERY...thanks for your understanding!
Should your item become lost in the mail, I will work with you towards a fair resolution.

Please note, hand stamped pieces are made to order. The only thing 'perfect' about hand-stamping is that it is unique, original and one of a kind and made specifically for you! No two pieces will ever look exactly the same. Please expect variances in spacing, alignment and depth...as shown in photos.
